Shri Guru Ram Rai Public School Behrampur Bet was established in the year 1998 under Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission Dehra Dun (U.K). Shri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission was established in 1952 by Shri Mahant Indiresh Charan Das Ji Maharaj to impart quality education to the students belonging to all the classes of society at affordable rates. With a modest beginning, the Mission today imparts quality education in its 100 institutions in Northern India through English and Hindi medium from nursery to PhD. level encompassing all the professional courses.

The Mission is running more than 80 Public Schools in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab & Delhi; these are affiliated to/recognized by CBSE & State Boards respectively. All these schools are running with the axiom "to provide Quality English Medium Education at affordable rates to all the sections of society." Besides running public schools the Mission is also running 08 Hindi medium schools at nominal fees.

Shri Guru Ram Rai Public School Behrampur Bet was established by Mahant Indiresh Charan Dass Ji In the beginning school was up to class 5th. Later on subsequently the classes were added and now it is up to class 8th. School is on the way of Ropar to Machhiwara. School is 20km. away from Ropar. School has 20 rooms. All the rooms in the school are well ventilated and the Toilets are clean and hygienic.

AIM OF THE SCHOOL

The aim of the school shall be to impart to boy and girls such Education, Religious, Secular, Scientific, Education will develop in them, Shastric ideals and make them worthy citizens of their mother land, Possessing good modern education and in order to attain the said object to impart higher Education in accordance with the rule and regulation of the Education Department of Punjab and central Board of Secondary Education New Delhi, to serve the lower and middle order society of India.
